1. Consulting on the contracting side, including cooperation in determining the type of public procurement procedure, as well as in determining evaluation criteria and eligibility conditions, and of course also in the preparation of documentation.
   
   
2. Consulting on the tenderer's side, including the review of the tender documentation and the request for additional information.
   
   
3. Full inspection of the form and content of tender.
   
   
4. Participation in public procurement negotiations.
   
   
5. Legal representation in possible legal remedy procedures of the Public Procurement Decision Committee or before the courts.
   
   

In the field of public procurement law, precision as well as business-oriented, practical approach, which is present at our firm, is particularly important. In all cases, our goal is to provide added value for our customers by taking the burden of the detailed and time-consuming process of compiling an offer off our customers' shoulders as much as possible. We also coordinate the internal cooperation between the participants involved in the given process (technical, procurement, finance).
